Software & Hardware Support
If you are facing any difficulty running, compiling, or building the GUI application and examples, or need some assistance regarding software and hardware, please send an email to info@nanolambda.net. To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include all of the following information:
- Sensor ID: (e.g., Z3251-XX-XX-XX-X)
- Host Environment: Your OS, version, and architecture (e.g., Windows 10 64-bit, Arduino, Raspberry Pi).
- Issue Description: A clear description of the problem (e.g., “GUI not working for Windows”).
- Screenshots: If applicable, please attach screenshots of the issue.
Policies
What is your replacement policy?
If a product has a problem not caused by the buyer, we will replace it within 90 days of delivery. Please contact us first to arrange the replacement. The return shipping address is:

What is your refund policy?
We do not offer refunds. Please make sure you need the items for your specific reasons before purchasing.
Payment & Invoicing
Can I pay using a credit card?
Yes, we accept VISA, Mastercard, and PayPal. If none of those options work for you, we can also arrange a bank transfer. Please contact info@nanolambda.net for more details.
Can you provide a Quotation and Invoice?
Yes, we can send you a Quotation and/or an invoice if necessary for your company or institution. Please email us at info@nanolambda.net with the following information:
- Contact person, email, and phone number
- Organization name and Address
- Which product and how many
Orders & Pricing
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Unless otherwise noted, sample orders generally ship within 4 weeks. When the stock is available, it is shipped within 1 or 2 weeks. For volume orders, the lead time may be different. Please contact us for details.
What would be the price for volume orders?
Volume pricing is provided upon request. The price might be different for different projects or applications because of different requirements.
Confidentiality
What if I have a question with some confidential information?
We keep our customers' information confidential. Please mark your questions as “confidential” when you send them. We may share some general questions with others in this FAQ section. If you want to further ensure confidentiality, please let us know beforehand, and we can sign a mutual NDA.
